Product Returns, Guarantees and Warranties
100% 90 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Any time you purchase an Amway product, you have the right to use it for 90 days to determine whether it is satisfactory and whether you want to keep it.
You will be offered a choice of full credit towards the purchase of another product or a refund of your full purchase price.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE 100% 90 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
This guarantee does not apply to: goods or services purchased from Partner Stores or through other linked sites; Vendor Direct products; products that have been damaged or misused after receipt; products that have been made and delivered to customer order; delivery fees; abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee or to any Services.
PRODUCT RETURNS TO AMWAY FOR REFUND OR CREDIT
When returning an Amway product or the unused portion thereof for refund or credit, please follow the steps listed at the foot of this page.

PRODUCT RETURNS VIA SYDNEY AMWAY BUSINESS CENTRE
1. Take your item(s) to the Sydney Amway Business Centre with the product and your original receipt.
2. The Business Centre will process your return.
RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION / MY REWARDS PROGRAM
RETURN OF IBO REGISTRATION KIT
Any product discounts applied at purchase, including MY REWARDS coupons or other Amway Coupon discounts will not be refunded when items are returned. You will be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount (i.e. the price on your receipt). Any Product purchases leading to receipt of a MY REWARDS Coupon or other Amway coupon cannot be returned unless the product has been genuinely returned under Amway’s 90 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This will be determined at the sole discretion of Amway. If such product is returned, any coupon generated as a result of such purchase will be void and the IBO may be liable to repaying bonuses related to the transaction back to Amway.
GUARANTEE AND WARRANTIES
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Laws or other relevant laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under Amway’s 100% 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee are in addition to statutory or implied warranties; and other rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Laws in relation to the goods.
Guarantees and warranties do not apply where products have been damaged or misused after receipt.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES
In addition to our 100% 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, some products may also be covered by additional specific written warranties including the following:
HOME APPLIANCES
A one-year manufacturer's warranty applies. If the product becomes faulty during the warranty period, please return it to us for repair or replacement.
AMWAY ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Amway warrants new mechanical device for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If any mechanical device purchased should become defective during the warranty period, Amway will, with proof of purchase and at its discretion, repair, replace or issue a refund for the defective device.
To exchange or return a product in accordance with the relevant guarantees and warranties, please ensure you have the information from the emailed order confirmation or order history.

Returning A Product for Credit
For all items under $25.00 and aerosols, flammable or broken items, please call Amway on 1800 45 46 47. Have your Amway IBO number and original order number ready when you call.
Items over $25.00 will need to be physically returned to Amway by calling 1800 45 46 47 or at the Business Centre.
Product Returns/exchanges via Amway Business Centre
Take your item(s) to any Amway Business Centre. Complete the returns form (located in-store). The item(s) will be sent back to our Returns Department where your return will be processed.
Product Returns/exchanges Via Customer Service
Please call Amway on 1800 45 46 47 to arrange return/exchange. The returns label/QR code will be emailed to you.
Step 1
Download & complete the new Product Return Form. Ensure a copy is saved on your device for your records and print a copy ready to insert in returning product carton.
Step 2
Place Product Return Form in a carton with item/s being returned & seal securely.
Step 3
Call Amway to arrange return of your product.
Step 4
The completed Amway carton can now be taken to your nearest Post Shop at your convenience.
Step 5
A refund or credit will be completed quickly after the returned carton reaches Amway.
Track and trace facilities are available to keep tabs on your product return every step of the way.
Step 6
Amway will notify you by email once the refund or credit has been completed.
